http://www.FTV.com/videos PARIS - Everything was sweet summer's day and sunshine at the Sonia Rykiel show, where the designer infused bright, excited energy and whimsy into each piece--more of what we're used to from Sonia Rykiel collections of seasons past. There were lots of creams, whites, canary yellows, faded orange and a few prints with some sunny but stark color blocking towards the end of the show. Striped knits and a bit of watercolor added a pretty picture. We like the subtle statement of Nathalie Rykiel and April Crichton which made an impact at Paris Fashion Week but never made us think overdone.
