MILAN - Backstage at Iceberg, the men of Men's Fashion Week Fall 2011 are getting ready to rule the runway and FashionTV is in on it! The collection is based on the gauchos of Argentina, says head designer Paolo Gerani, and as they use a lot of knitwear, Gerani wanted to blend knitwear with the metropolitan man about town riding his bike in the big cities. Since knitwear was very important to Gerani and to the entire team at Iceberg, they only used knitwear and made sure to highlight it in a tailored way. The volumes are relaxed, not fitted. They used a lot of khaki and chameleon, a touch of color like green and burgundy, as well as a lot of gray.There were also no belts, a bit of tweed and plaid.
