LONDON - In London, Hong Kong-born designer John Rocha has a thing for feathers and pouring them onto balloon dresses and over capes. They enhance coats and add something to black eyelet, lace, and gray tweed. The designer also likes to play up the fur vests embellishments and tailor the men's black suits while adding pops of color like gold and red to the otherwise solid black throughout.
